To support conference goals, a limited number of sponsoring vendors will be invited to participate based on the programs/services offered that directly relate to course materials and/or campus affordability initiatives.

by featuring your company's programs/services! You decide what you

want to focus on, as long as it relates to TAC topics. Add a personal

touch, creative design, and energetic invitation! Encourage TAC

attendance and registrations – and have fun with it!


Details:

  • Record one promo video featuring your company’s excitement for TAC
  • Must relate to TAC topics and approved by TAC prior to recording
  • Must include call to action (specific verbiage to be provided by TAC)

Post-Event Recorded Webcast (30 minutes)

$1,750

Available to multiple sponsors

Reinforce your intentions and impact after the conference! Hosted by

the TAC/NACS team, this recorded webcast can include up to two

representatives from your company for a conversational “fireside chat”

about how your programs/services relate to the topics that were shared

and discussed during the event. Help attendees understand your

company’s value proposition and interest in the affordability

conversation.


Details:

  • Must receive payment before webcast is scheduled for recording
  • Once payment is received, TAC team will schedule a Zoom Meeting within 3 weeks after event ends (for recording purposes)
  • Within 6 weeks from event end date, TAC team will post the recorded webcast on TAC website resource page and send 1 email to all TAC attendees
  • Webcast will stay on the TAC resources page for at least 1 year


Deadlines to be determined once request received

  • By DATE: provide who will represent your company
  • BY DATE: provide 2 paragraphs describing relevant topic opportunities based on your programs/services for potential discussion with TAC/NACS
  • By 10/25/2024: Payment in full confirmed (so the recording schedule can be arranged by mid-November)
